MLM Software Development
Custom MLM platforms with binary, unilevel and matrix plans, genealogy trees, e-wallets and distributor apps.
Any compensation plan. Paid on time.
For MLM & Direct Selling teams.
We build custom MLM and direct-selling software for companies whose compensation plan, product mix or payouts outgrew off-the-shelf tools: the back office, the commission engine, wallets and the distributor app. Our live reference is Freedom Pro, a partner platform with a back office, USD and stablecoin wallets and debit cards.
Compensation engines: binary, unilevel, matrix, hybrid
Binary, unilevel, matrix, stair-step and hybrid plans modeled as versioned rules, tested against real order history before go-live.
Genealogy trees, ranks and bonuses
Sponsor and placement trees, rank qualification, volume tracking and bonus pools that distributors can see and support can explain.
E-wallets, payouts and replicated sites
Wallets, payout runs, debit cards and replicated sites, with KYC and tax forms collected before money leaves the platform.
Distributor mobile apps with AI sales coaching
iOS and Android apps for enrolling customers, tracking team volume and sending AI-drafted follow-ups that stay within approved claims.
How we prove a commission engine before it pays anyone
A new commission engine is right when it pays what your last statements paid, or when every difference has a reason you can show a distributor. We prove that in five steps before any payout goes out:
- 1. RulesYour plan document becomes versioned rules, one per bonus, rank and compression clause, each linked to the paragraph it implements.
- 2. HistoryPast orders, enrollments and rank changes are imported for periods you have already paid.
- 3. ReplayThe engine recalculates those closed periods from scratch.
- 4. DiffIts output is compared line by line with what each distributor received, and every gap is traced to a rule, a data error or a manual adjustment.
- 5. Parallel runOld and new systems calculate one live period side by side, and cutover happens at a period close, never mid-period.
Moving off a packaged MLM platform
A migration often moves two trees, not one: the sponsor tree that pays and the placement tree that builds legs. With them go rank and commission history, wallet balances, open autoships and KYC status. Replicated-site URLs rarely survive the move, so redirects belong in the plan. Our guide to Exigo alternatives compares the routes off a platform, and what MLM software costs covers the budget.
Wallets, cards and stablecoin payouts
Freedom Pro partners earn into USD or stablecoin wallets powered by Bridge and spend by debit card. We integrate a regulated provider rather than hold funds ourselves; the mechanics are in our guide to stablecoin wallet integration.
Income disclosure from real payout data
An income disclosure statement is only as honest as the data under it. We compute it from actual payout records, count every participant including those who earned nothing, and report the median and the spread instead of an average pulled up by the top ranks.
Because the FTC looks at what typical participants take home after expenses, the report also states which costs it subtracts, such as product purchases and fees, and which it doesn’t. The numbers regenerate each period from the same ledger that pays commissions, so the disclosure and the payouts always agree.

The compliance features regulators look for.
Direct-selling companies are judged by what distributors say and what they really earn. Software can make the compliant path the easy one.
Income disclosure
The FTC expects earnings claims to reflect what typical participants earn after expenses. We build disclosure reports from actual payouts, including people who earned nothing.

Replicated sites, share templates and AI-drafted messages use approved copy, so distributors don’t improvise income or product claims.
Payout controls
KYC before payouts, holds and clawbacks for refunds, and an audit log that ties every commission line to its orders and plan version.
Published prices. Fixed after discovery.
MLM & Direct Selling projects follow the same model as every Apptycoons engagement: a 2-week Discovery Sprint, then a 6–16 week fixed-price build, billed in milestones. We ship the commission engine and back office first and prove them against past periods, then add the distributor app, wallets and cards.
Scope, architecture and a fixed quote for the build. The fee is credited to your build.

What moves the price for MLM & Direct Selling projects
- Plan complexityEach extra bonus type, rank rule and compression rule adds modeling and testing.
- MigrationMoving genealogy and commission history from an existing system is a project in itself.
- Money movementWallets, cards and cross-border payouts add provider integrations and KYC.
When you don’t need a custom build
Buy a packaged platform if it runs your plan document unchanged and its per-distributor fees still look small at the size you expect in two years. We sell custom MLM builds, so weigh our view with that in mind. Build when the plan, the product mix or wallets and cards don’t fit, or when license fees grow faster than revenue.
Common questions.
Can you migrate us from our current MLM software?
Yes. We migrate distributors, genealogy and commission history, and run both systems in parallel until numbers match.
How do you handle large commission runs?
Commission runs are batch jobs over a frozen snapshot of the period, so they can be re-run and every payout line traces back to the orders and plan rule that produced it.
Which compensation plans can you build?
Binary, unilevel, matrix, board, stair-step breakaway, generation and hybrid plans. We model your plan document as versioned rules, then replay past periods to prove the engine pays what the plan says.
Should we buy MLM software or build custom?
Buy if a packaged platform runs your plan unchanged. Build custom when your plan, product mix or wallet and card features don’t fit, or license fees grow with your distributor count.
How much does MLM software development cost?
Builds are quoted at a fixed price within our $25k–$120k range after a $5,000 Discovery Sprint. For MLM projects, plan complexity, data migration and wallet or card features decide where yours lands.
Can distributors be paid in stablecoins or crypto?
Yes, through a regulated wallet provider. In Freedom Pro, partners hold USD and stablecoin balances in Bridge-powered wallets and pay with a debit card. We don’t take custody of funds; the provider handles custody and its own compliance checks.
Do you build a distributor mobile app?
Yes. iOS and Android apps for enrolling customers, following team volume and rank progress, and sending AI-drafted follow-ups that only use approved product and income claims.
How long does an MLM software build take?
Most projects start with a 2-week Discovery Sprint, then a 6–16 week build for the first release. A migration from another platform adds one or two parallel commission periods before cutover.
