Tell us your sector and the systems you run, and a Discovery Sprint turns that into a fixed quote.
What we’ve shipped, industry by industry
Six live products we designed and built map onto these 10 pages. Where we have no published case, the page says so and leads with engineering detail instead.
- FintechSwitch, shared banking with instant Visa cards on Thread Bank, used by more than 1,000 organizations; Freedom Pro, wallets in USD and stablecoins plus debit cards, all running on Bridge.
- Healthcare & WellnessOHM at Home, an iOS and Android app that runs a 20-electrode EMS suit. For clinical work the page covers HIPAA business associate rules and, for consumer apps, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule.
- LogisticsNo published case yet. The page leads with offline driver-app sync, X12 EDI and hours-of-service routing built on ELD data.
- MLM & Direct SellingFreedom Pro’s partner back office: registration, genealogy, ranks and commission tracking.
- Affiliate & CRMSuperdeal, where an AI agent shortlists creators for a brand’s campaign and drafts the offers for the brand to approve, and creators get paid once the content is approved. The page also covers FTC Endorsement Guides disclosures for partner programs.
- Real EstateThe page covers RESO Web API feeds, underwriting agents with sourced numbers and fair-housing limits for lead agents.
- Financial AggregatorsFreedom Pro bundles six-plus service verticals, wallets and cards behind one login. For account linking, the page covers Section 1033 consent and the FTC Safeguards Rule.
- IoTOHM at Home again, from the device side: BLE pairing and real-time control with session limits. The page covers the NIST device-security baseline and the UK and EU device-security rules.
- Media & StreamingDubCam, live sports streaming that pays creators half of each fan’s subscription on the 1st of the month. Subscriptions run through in-app purchase on iOS and Android.
- Automotive & DealershipsInnovative AI’s voice agents: a receptionist that routes calls, service booking in Xtime with op-code matching and slot checks, and follow-up calls for no-shows and unsold leads.
For companies selling into Europe, the fintech, financial aggregator and IoT pages also cover the EU and UK rules that apply, and the AI side is in our AI Act and GDPR compliance checklist.
Case studies
Why the same build costs differently by industry
Most engagements start with a 2-week Discovery Sprint ($5,000 fixed fee, credited to your build), followed by a fixed-price build ($25k–$120k per project, 6–16 weeks) or a dedicated team (from $12k per month). That model is identical in every sector; what moves a quote within the band is not. In fintech it is the bank or wallet partner’s review. In healthcare it is EHR access and how many vendors touch PHI. MLM quotes move with the number of bonus and compression rules, IoT with testing on real devices and phones, streaming with live delay and concurrent viewers, and dealership voice agents with scheduler access and the number of rooftops. Each industry page lists its own drivers next to our published pricing.
What we don’t build
Some parts of these industries belong to licensed or certified providers, so we integrate them instead of rebuilding them. We don’t take custody of customer funds or crypto: Freedom Pro’s wallets run on Bridge. We don’t build ELD devices, which their providers register with FMCSA. We don’t build EHR cores or AI that diagnoses; clinical drafts go to a clinician to sign.
Industry questions.
Do you only work in these 10 industries?
No. These are the sectors where we have shipped work or published detailed engineering material. Projects in other sectors start the same way, with a Discovery Sprint that maps the rules and systems before a fixed quote.
Which industries have real case studies?
Fintech (Switch and Freedom Pro), MLM and financial aggregators (Freedom Pro), healthcare, wellness and IoT (OHM Fitness), media and streaming (DubCam), affiliate and creator CRM (Superdeal), and automotive dealerships (Innovative AI). The real-estate page covers RESO feeds and underwriting agents, and logistics has no published case yet.
Which EU and UK rules come up in these industries?
It depends on the sector. Fintech brings DORA contract terms and FCA authorization for UK payment and account-information services, credit-scoring AI is high-risk under the EU AI Act, and connected devices fall under the UK’s PSTI security rules and the EU’s Cyber Resilience Act. GDPR applies to all of them. Our clients are in the US, the EU and the UK, and we map the rules in discovery.
How is pricing different by industry?
The price model is the same; the drivers differ. Every build is quoted at a fixed price after a Discovery Sprint, and what moves it within the published band is specific to the sector: partner reviews in fintech, EHR access in healthcare, plan complexity in MLM, device testing in IoT, live delay in streaming and scheduler access for dealerships.
