3. Intellectual property
The Apptycoons name, logo and site content belong to Apptycoons LLC. Under our standard client agreements, clients own the code and deliverables created for them upon payment.
4. Third-party links
We link to third-party sites such as Clutch, Upwork and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apptycoons is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
