Is it HIPAA compliant?
There is no official HIPAA certification for software. We follow HIPAA-aligned practices, sign BAAs and use vendors that support them, with PHI kept inside approved environments.
Which EHRs do you integrate with?
We integrate through FHIR R4, HL7 v2 or vendor APIs, including Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner) and athenahealth. Production access usually goes through the EHR vendor’s developer or partner program.
Can an AI voice agent handle patient calls safely?
It can handle scheduling, reminders, directions and intake questions, and hands anything clinical or urgent to staff. We design the escalation rules with your team and log every call.
