How an engagement runsFixed fee first. Fixed price after.
Most clients start with a two-week sprint, then move to a build or a monthly team. What each plan includes is on our pricing page.
Discovery Sprint
$5,000, fixed fee. A senior architect works through your data and systems, and you leave with a working prototype, an architecture plan and a fixed quote. The fee is credited to the build.
Fixed-Price Build
$25k–$120k, agreed before any code is written. Two-week sprints with live demos, QA and a security review before launch, then 30 days of support.

How the overlap works
Karachi is UTC+5 all year, with no daylight saving. Our core 09:00–18:00 day overlaps 09:00–15:00 in Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam (09:00–14:00 in winter) and 09:00–14:00 in London (09:00–13:00 in winter). For US clients we also overlap 6–7 working hours a day with US Eastern, so calls, demos and reviews happen in your business hours. For clients in the EU and UK we sign a data processing agreement and can host in an EU cloud region, on request. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
