This policy explains how Apptycoons LLC ("Apptycoons", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit apptycoons.com or work with us.
Use of the website itself is governed by our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Details you submit through our forms — name, work email, company, phone and project information.
Usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools, and, with your consent, business profile data about US visitors from our visitor identification provider (see Cookies).
Information shared during a client engagement, governed by the contract and NDA for that engagement.

To reply to enquiries, schedule calls and prepare proposals.
To deliver, support and improve our services.
To send occasional updates you have opted in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, CRM, analytics, visitor identification) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Client and AI data
Client data processed in AI systems we build stays within the environments agreed in the contract. We use zero-retention model endpoints where available and do not use client data to train third-party models.
The live voice agent demo on our AI voice agents page only runs when you start a call and allow your microphone. Your voice and the conversation go to OpenAI (openai.com), which runs the agent, under OpenAI's API terms and privacy policy; under those terms, API data is not used to train OpenAI's models by default. We do not record or store the call. To enforce the demo's daily limits, we count calls per visitor using a one-way hash of your IP address and the date, kept for two days. Please don't share personal details in the demo.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember preferences such as light or dark mode.
With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept or reject these in the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time from the footer.
With the same consent, we use RB2B (rb2b.com), a visitor identification service. For US visitors, RB2B and its data partners may use cookies and similar technologies to link your visit to other personal information they hold about you, such as your name, company, job title, LinkedIn profile and email address; outside the US, RB2B identifies only the company. We use this to see which businesses are interested in our services, and we or our service providers may email you about them. RB2B processes this data under its own privacy policy. Choose essential cookies only and it is never loaded. You can also opt out of this matching and the related marketing at app.retention.com/optout, and of the collection of your personal data under the GDPR at www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with encryption, access controls and least-privilege practices.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email privacy@apptycoons.com and we will respond within 30 days.
