FAQ

Pricing questions.

Why start with a discovery sprint?

It resolves the biggest unknowns in two weeks — data, integrations, feasibility — so the build quote is accurate and fixed. The fee is credited to your build.

What affects the price of a build?

Number of integrations, platforms (iOS, Android, web), compliance needs (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2) and how much AI is involved.

Do you offer payment milestones?

Yes. Builds are billed in milestones tied to working, demoed features — never hours.

Is there ongoing support?

Every build includes 30 days of support; after that, monthly support or a dedicated team is available.

How much does custom AI or software development cost?

Most engagements start with a 2-week Discovery Sprint ($5,000 fixed fee, credited to your build), followed by a fixed-price build ($25k–$120k per project, 6–16 weeks) or a dedicated team (from $12k per month). The build price depends on integrations, platforms and compliance, and is fixed before any code is written.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Scope is locked at the end of discovery and the build is quoted at one price. If you want to change scope mid-build, it goes through a written change request, so the price never moves without your approval.
