Audits are free. A Discovery Sprint is a $5,000 fixed fee over two weeks, and the build that follows gets a fixed quote, usually between $25k and $120k. No open-ended invoices.

A senior architect goes through your brief with you: what you want to build, the systems and data involved, and your deadline. Bring your hardest questions. Within five days you get a fixed proposal for the first step, usually the Discovery Sprint, with scope, team, timeline and price. The build itself is quoted at the end of discovery.

Yes. We embed with your engineers, use your tools and hand over with documentation and pairing.

Yes. Apptycoons LLC is a US company and our engineering team is in Karachi, which is UTC+5 all year: 3–4 hours ahead of Central European time and 4–5 hours ahead of the UK. That gives five to six shared working hours a day with Berlin or Paris and four to five with London, so calls happen in your day.

Yes, on request. Pakistan has no EU adequacy decision, so where our Karachi team needs access to personal data we add the EU standard contractual clauses (or the UK IDTA or Addendum) and give you the technical detail for your transfer assessment. We can build against test or redacted data and keep production data in your cloud account, in an EU region if you need one.
